CAMP FEES AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

Before registering, please note that this is a stay-in programme. To reap the maximum benefits from this camp, please ensure that you are able to attend all sessions of the retreat and are advised against leaving the premises.

Registration priority goes to first-time participants of AWAKEN/CER.

Camp Fees:

• Early Bird Special $60/pax if you register by 3 May 2012
• From 4 May 2012 onwards, it is $65/pax.

To register, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Download the Registration Form or obtain a copy of the registration form from the Catholic Spirituality Centre.

Step 2:  Fill in ALL the fields and enclose the registration form with the payment.

We accept cash or cheque payment. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Catholic Spirituality Centre”. Please indicate “AWAKEN Retreat”, name and contact number of participant at the back of the cheque.

Step 3: Drop the form and payment personally at the Catholic Spirituality Centre (Mondays to Fridays 9.30am to 4.30pm) OR mail the form and payment to the following address:
